Outdoor ceremony (wooden arch included) is additional $250 due to additional set-up.
Max Capacity is 150 guests based off of available parking space at the venue. Approx. 45 vehicles.
Additional parking is available for $350 and must be included for events over 150 guests. Max capacity with extra parking lot is 225 guests. Approx. 95 vehicles using both parking lots.
Stand-up heaters (6) are available for use in the arena for a rental charge of $35 each.

*Peak is considered Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Off-Peak is considered Monday to Thursday.

All alcohol at Barn 89 must be served by our TABC certified bartender Booze Queen, Courtney Dominguez. Courtney has over 14 years of bartending experience and brings a personalized and trustworthy service experience for our guests at the barn. She offers several package options (see below) to service all your alcohol needs at Barn 89! Please note that no liquor is allowed on the Barn 89 property. BYOB is not permitted.
A security officer is also required for any event that serves alcohol. Barn 89 coordinates security officers (1 for 150 guests, 2 for over 150 guests) from the local Sheriff's Department. Security officers require $50 per officer per hour cash payment the night of the event. Barn 89 coordinates bartenders and security, but payment is made directly from client to the service provider.

Minimum rate starts at $200. 1-3 hours.
After 3 hours the rate is $50 an hour per bartender.
Hosts will provide beer, wine, garnishes, cups, beverage napkins and ice. Coolers are provided by Barn 89, but you are more than welcome to bring your own! The bartender will bring a bar key and wine opener with them. We can also consult with you in purchasing the proper quantities and provide a detailed shopping list for your event. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if there are any questions regarding this package.
In this package the bartender will set up for the event, bring all the basic supplies for the bar and clean up when finished.

This package will also include 2 coolers of ice, cups for a keg (if provided) and garnishes for whatever drinks being provided. If more ice is needed than what is being provided, it can be discussed upon booking.
Hosts will provide beer and wine. And THAT’S IT! Coolers are provided by Barn 89, but you are more than welcome to bring your own! We can also consult with you in purchasing the proper quantities and provide a detailed shopping list for your event. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if there are any questions about this package.
Depending on the length of the event or any additional purchases, this will determine the final cost of the package.
50% of the minimum rate is required upon booking but is included in your costs. NOT an extra fee.
The remaining balance will be due 1 week prior to the event.
If event goes longer than paid for, payment for services will be requested by your bartender at the closing of the event.
If offering a keg, a tap can be rented out for the evening for $40 or purchased for $65.
A bin rental for the keg is also offered for an additional $20.
Needing ice to keep your beers cold and don’t want to deal with the hassle? We’ve got you covered. 2 BIG coolers of ice for $60.
Needing water for your guests?! NO PROBLEM! We will also provide waters for an additional cost of $30 for up to 150 guests. Needing more? Just ask. Anything can be discussed.
Want to buy out the tip jar?! Easy, just an additional $200 added to your bar fee.
